HIGHLIGHTS: 3 nights Moremi Game Reserve 2 nights Chobe National Park 1 night Lodge at Livingstone/Vic Falls CHECK DEPARTURE DATES • BOOK NOW / MORE INFO Days 1 - 3: The tour starts early in the morning from Maun, the tourism capital of Botswana. After 100 kilometers we enter Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Africa. The park covers swamp areas as well as dry land. Three nights will be spent in this park searching for the wide variety of animals and birds the reserve offers, while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. Game drives as the sun rises, and in the late afternoon as the sun sets, will be the norm. Wild camping in exclusive sites, your Bush Ways team will build bush toilets and showers. (B, L, D) Days 4 - 5: Chobe National Park, with its diverse and striking landscapes, is our next destination where our search for wildlife continues. We will traverse the drier region of Savuti where bull elephants dot the plains, and then head northwards to the Chobe River where our game drives will meander along the banks of the river with the call of the African fish eagle following us. Wild camping in exclusive sites, your Bush Ways team will build bush toilets and showers.. (B, L, D) Days 6 - 7: We cross the Zambezi River by ferry, then drive to Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls, where we overnight at a comfortable lodge on the banks of the Zambezi. There is time to visit the thunderous Victoria Falls and shop for curios. Dinner is at your own expense at the lodge. River Rafting on the Zambezi River near the Victoria Falls. (Day 6 B, L, Day 7 B) The tour officially ends at 10am on day 7. Transfers to Livingstone, Victoria Falls or Kasane airports can be arranged. We will gladly assist with bookings for accommodation and activities, should you wish to extend your visit to enjoy some of the other exciting activities offered at the falls, such as the exhilarating White Water Rafting down the Zambezi Gorge. (Day 6 - B, L and Day 7 B) Price includes: All accommodation (large two man tents with mattresses), all meals that are indicated.( B - breakfast, L - lunch, D - dinner ), professional guide and camp assistant, all park entries, transport in specialized safari vehicles. Does not include: Restaurant meals (Victoria Falls), visas, tips, curios, optional excursions, alcohol and soft drinks, insurance to cover for cancellation and curtailment, medical, baggage, sleeping bag (and a small pillow), emergency evacuation.
